Seeking More Through Less

Because my main source of income has been left behind, this new chapter in my life will require intentionality with money. I’ll likely be sharing more about my financial calculus with regards to these life changes I’m putting into motion, but I haven’t quite decided on how much I want to share. Regardless, I expect this chapter of frugality to be challenging in ways, and instructional in others. I’m naturally a relatively frugal person, although I do splurge from time to time, but I’m actually looking forward to continuing frugality as a lifestyle. I’ve been heavily drawn to a more minimalist approach these past few years, so this lines up nicely with that. I already have so much more than I’ll ever truly need, and while I have, and will have, plenty of wants, this new chapter will be focused primarily on my true and honest needs. My hope is that it teaches me more about gratitude, and enoughness. Which I expect to be really good for my soul and bank account, but will also prepare me for life on the road.
