It's Official

Well, it’s official—I’ve sold my condo in Sonoma and have completed my move to the beautiful Mount Lassen area. Sonoma has been a huge part of my life, as I’ve lived in Sonoma County since 2004 and in the City of Sonoma since 2016. It’s extremely bittersweet that this chapter of my life is ending—it was a time of abundant adventure, connection and growth. I’ve met lifelong friends and made countless happy memories. And I’m also excited for what’s to come next. I find it so interesting that humans have the capacity to be both excited and sad simultaneously—to grieve and to celebrate the exact same thing. We certainly are complicated creatures.

Leaving Sonoma has been emotional for me, I’m not going to lie, but I feel extremely blessed to have amazing friends and family that have offered me places to stay when I come back to visit. This has significantly lessened the sting of leaving, knowing I’ll be with loved ones when I return. I’ll try not to overstay my welcome!

I have a favor to ask… If we’ve ever spent time together in Sonoma or Napa, was there a particular memory that stands out to you? Perhaps it was a fun adventure we went on together, or a party we were at, or how we met, or just a stupid laugh we shared over something silly. Big or small, doesn’t matter. I’d just be honored to reminisce about some of these happy memories with you as I process this big life change. Thank you!
